What You Will Do
As a full-time Collections Specialist, you will oversee collection efforts, focus on innovative strategies to prevent foreclosure through forbearance and loan modifications, manage the OREO property portfolio, and navigate complex issues related to bankruptcy, judgments, and levies.

Requirements
- 1 to 3 years of similar or related experience
- High school education or GED
- Extensive knowledge of collection regulations including but not limited to: MLA, SCRA, FCRA, FDCPA, Bankruptcy Code
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Suite products
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent member service skills
- Results oriented, with the ability to work independently
- Punctuality and regular onsite attendance
