Role Overview

The Ohio Attorney General's Office is seeking a Collections Supervisor to work in a hybrid in-person/remote schedule. The successful candidate will supervise and train assigned staff, conduct staff meetings, and perform various supervisory duties.

What You Will Do

The Collections Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and training staff, conducting staff meetings, performing monthly phone monitoring and reviews, and assisting team members with difficult callers and/or accounts.

Requirements

  • Completion of Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or related area or equivalent work experience
  • Previous supervisory or Team Lead experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
