Role OverviewThe Collections Supervisor will work in a hybrid in-person/remote schedule, performing supervisory duties, fostering a team environment, and interacting with tens of thousands of Ohioans each year. The role involves supervising and training assigned staff, conducting staff meetings, and performing monthly phone monitoring and reviews. The successful candidate will also assist team members with difficult callers and/or accounts, monitor team workflow, and establish work procedures and employee performance goals.
