The role involves supervising and training assigned staff, conducting staff meetings, and performing monthly phone monitoring and reviews.

The Collections Supervisor will perform various duties, including supervising and training assigned staff, conducting staff meetings, performing monthly phone monitoring and reviews, and assisting team members with difficult callers and/or accounts.

Requirements
- Completion of Associate's degree in Business, Accounting, or related area or equivalent work experience
- Previous supervisory or Team Lead experience
- Proficient with Microsoft applications (e.g., Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
