Role OverviewThe College Aide will be responsible for processing payments in the City's Financial Management System, processing payments for property damage settlements in the City's OAISIS System, and retrieving, processing, and logging returned checks. The role is part of the Bureau of Accountancy, which promotes fiscal stability through the production of the Annual Comprehensive Financial Report (ACFR).

The College Aide will process payments, retrieve and process returned checks, and perform related assignments and special projects as required.

Requirements
- Matriculation at an accredited college or graduate school
- Employment is conditioned upon continuance as a student in a college or graduate school
- Specific course of study in information technology, computer science, management information systems, data processing, or closely related field (for Assignment Level II and III)
