Job Description
KIPP Texas Public Schools is seeking a dynamic and dedicated College and Career Instructor to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping students explore and prepare for their post-secondary plans. The instructor will be responsible for developing and teaching a college and career curriculum, building relationships with students, teachers, and community partners, and ensuring students have access to resources and opportunities to succeed in college and beyond.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year institution
  • At least 2 years prior experience teaching high school students
  • Experience working with high school students and their families in the college counseling field
