Role OverviewServe as a College Completion Coach or AdviseMI Adviser, helping students across Michigan access and succeed in college. The role involves supporting students through one-on-one coaching, targeted interventions, and building relationships with school and campus staff.
What You Will Do
Provide one-on-one guidance to a cohort of students, lead workshops, build relationships with school or campus staff, track and report student progress, and participate in trainings and professional development.

Requirements
- Must be 18+ and a U.S. citizen, national, or legal permanent resident
- Must pass federal and state background checks
- Must live within 45 minutes of placement site and have reliable transportation
- AdviseMI: Bachelor’s degree or higher (Associates degree accepted at some locations)
- College Completion Corps: Associate degree or higher
