Role OverviewMust be able to greet guests, schedule appointments, and act as a liaison between customers and body shop technicians. This position is about providing our customers with a great collision experience and understanding their needs.
What You Will Do
Schedule repair for customers, communicate with customers, ensure documentation is complete, photograph vehicles, update clients on repair progress, handle telephone inquiries, evaluate vehicle damage, prepare estimates, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements
- be at least 18 years old
- have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
