Role OverviewAs a Collision Estimator at Crash Champions, you will educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, and repair techniques. You will manage each repair process, ensure quality standards, and provide a great customer experience. You will work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new situations.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include completing initial estimates, writing complete estimates, managing repairs, and keeping customers informed. You will also handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete.
