Role OverviewAs a Collision Estimator at Crash Champions, you will educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, and repair techniques. You will manage each repair throughout the process, ensuring Crash Champions' quality standards. You will also keep customers informed and provide a great experience.
What You Will Do
Complete initial estimates, write complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and lock final estimates. Manage each repair throughout the process, perform in-process QC, and keep customers informed.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for someone with customer service skills, organization, and multi-tasking skills. Knowledge of multiple estimating systems, such as CCC, Mitchell, and Audatex, is preferred.
