Role OverviewAs a Collision Estimator at Crash Champions, you will educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, and customer rights. You will complete initial estimates, manage repairs, and ensure quality standards. You will also keep customers informed and provide a great experience.
What You Will Do
You will educate customers, complete estimates, manage repairs, perform in-process QC, and keep customers informed. You will also handle disbursement paperwork and address exceptions in the file.
