Role OverviewAs a Collision Estimator, you will educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, and quality standards. You will manage each repair process, ensure quality standards, and provide excellent customer experience.
What You Will Do
You will complete initial estimates, write complete estimates, manage repairs, and keep customers informed. You will also pull and review data procedures, pre-close final repair orders, and handle disbursement paperwork.
Why It Might Be a Fit
We are looking for someone with customer service skills, organization, and multi-tasking skills. Knowledge of multiple estimating systems, such as CCC, Mitchell, and Audatex, is preferred.
