Role OverviewAs a Collision Estimator at Crash Champions, you will educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, and customer rights. You will complete initial estimates, manage repairs, and ensure quality standards. You will also keep customers informed and provide a great experience.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include educating customers, completing estimates, managing repairs, and ensuring quality standards. You will also handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete.
