Role OverviewAs a Collision Estimator at Crash Champions, you will educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, and customer rights. You will manage each repair process, ensure quality standards, and provide a great customer experience. You will also pull and review data procedures, complete post-scanning, and handle disbursement paperwork.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include educating customers, completing estimates, managing repairs, and ensuring quality standards. You will also handle disbursement paperwork, address exceptions, and ensure carrier-specific requirements are complete.
