Role OverviewAs a Collision Estimator at Crash Champions, you will be responsible for educating customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, and customer rights. You will complete initial estimates, manage repairs throughout the process, and ensure quality standards by performing in-process QC.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include pulling and reviewing data procedures, completing post-scanning for each vehicle, pre-closing final repair orders, handling disbursement paperwork, and addressing exceptions in the file.
