Role OverviewAs a Collision Estimator at Crash Champions, you will be responsible for educating customers on the process of vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, customer rights, repair techniques, safety, and value. You will complete initial estimates, manage each repair throughout the process, and ensure Crash Champions' quality standards.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include pulling and reviewing data procedures, pre-closing final repair orders, handling disbursement paperwork, and ensuring carrier-specific requirements are complete.
