Role OverviewAs a Collision Estimator at Crash Champions, you will educate customers on vehicle repairs, insurance procedures, and customer rights. You will manage each repair process, ensuring quality standards and providing a great experience for customers.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include completing initial estimates, writing complete estimates after full disassembly and damage evaluation, and locking final estimates. You will also manage each repair throughout the process, keep customers informed, and provide a great experience.
