Job Description
Gerber Collision & Glass is seeking a General Manager to lead the daily operations of a collision center in Abilene, TX. The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years of prior experience in collision repair and leadership roles.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of prior CCC1 experience
  • 1-2 years of prior experience in general ledger and accounts receivables/payables
  • 3-4 years of prior experience in customer service excellence
  • Post-Secondary Education or equivalent
  • Proven leadership experience in a collision repair environment or similar role
