Job Description
Role Overview

Manage the overall operation of a collision repair center, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production, and administration. Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates, and ensure center teammates are repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably.

What You Will Do

Perform all-purpose duties, including monitoring current financial performance metrics, reviewing previous month's financial metrics, and identifying opportunities and trends. Ensure center teammates are repairing vehicles consistently with Caliber's Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), insurance partners, and industry guidelines/standards.

Why It Might Be a Fit

Must have 3+ years of collision management experience, advanced understanding of collision estimatics, and prior experience with CCC1. Ability to provide personable customer service, prioritize tasks, and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
