Role OverviewWe are seeking a motivated team player who is committed to producing a high-quality product on time and safely. The Collision Repair and Refinish Technician position will prepare the body and components for painting.
What You Will Do
Prepare work to be accomplished by studying work order, bill of materials and blueprints. Sand, mask and prep bodies and parts before paintwork is started and completed. Apply bondo/seam sealer and prepare for final finishing and sanding.
Why It Might Be a Fit
Must have experience in paint, collision repair and/or related field. Ability to use hand and power tools and equipment. Keen attention to detail is required.
Requirements
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license with good standing MVR
- Must have experience in paint, collision repair and/or related field
- Some technical training helpful
- Ability to use hand and power tools and equipment
- Ability to read gauges, measurement tools, blueprints and work orders
- Keen attention to detail is required
- Ability to successfully complete a General Abilities Assessment and pass a post-offer background check, physical and drug screen
