Requirements

  • Train to become an Experienced Collision Estimator
  • General administrative and Guest service tasks
  • Answer phone calls
  • Greet Guests
  • Check-in damaged vehicles to be repaired
  • Communicate with Guest and update them on vehicle repair status
  • Assist Estimators with administrative paperwork
  • Balance vehicle repair orders
