Role OverviewThe Colorado Resources Business Group Manager will lead the Resources Business Group in the Colorado marketplace, providing professional services in Power, Waste, Industrial, and Federal industries. The role requires strong leadership, business development, and team management skills.
What You Will Do
The manager will execute the annual business plan, take responsibility for operations, client service, and project delivery, and work closely with the Central Region Resources Business Group Director and the Colorado Area Manager.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or closely related discipline
- A minimum of 10 years of relevant industry experience

- Actively engaged in professional or industry associations to enhance HDR technical expertise and brand
- Ability to work cooperatively with regional and local office managers, other area business group directors, technical directors and marketing managers
