Role OverviewThe Colorado Resources Business Group Manager will lead the team in the Colorado marketplace, responsible for supporting HDR's teams in the Power, Waste, Industrial, and Federal industries. The position will require periodic travel across the area for client engagement and other office presence.
What You Will Do
The individual will execute the annual business plan of the Colorado Resources Business Group, take responsibility for operations, client service, and project delivery, and be directly involved in business development planning, proposals, and interviews.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or closely related discipline

- Ability to work cooperatively with regional and local office managers, other area business group directors, technical directors and marketing managers
