The Social Impact Program Manager is a strategic leader who drives positive results for Golden 1 through leading the development and execution of social impact initiatives, charitable giving efforts, disaster relief, and community investments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, business or a related field
  • Minimum seven years of experience in corporate social responsibility with emphasis on developing and managing charitable giving or social impact programs
  • Strong research skills with ability to analyze and present data
  • Effective oral and presentation skills
  • Strong business writing skills
  • Knowledge of corporate philanthropy and corporate responsibility practices and trends
