Role OverviewThis individual contributor position works under direct supervision to manage commercial claims with low to moderate complexity and exposures for a specific line of business. Responsibilities include investigating and resolving claims according to company protocols, quality and customer service standards.
What You Will Do
Manages an inventory of low to moderate complexity and exposure commercial claims, verifies coverage, gathers necessary information, maintains file documentation, and authorizes disbursements within authority limits. Interacts with customers and insureds to achieve quality and cycle time standards.

Requirements
- High school Diploma required. Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire, where applicable.
- Prior claim handling, or business experience in the insurance industry and/or customer service is preferred.
