Job Description
Frandsen Bank & Trust is seeking motivated individuals to join our Commercial/AgBanker Trainee Program at our Mankato, MN office, a two-year program to equip recent graduates with commercial banking skills and experience.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in finance or business required
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and prospective clients
Willingness to relocate to any Frandsen Bank & Trust location after successful completion of the training program
Benefits
Annual salary of $50,000 - $75,000
