Commercial Categories Analyst

The Analyst, Commercial Categories supports procurement and supply chain activities for commercial spend categories that enable DePuy Synthes' go-to-market and business operations. This role provides analytical, operational, and coordination support to category managers and cross-functional stakeholders, helping drive cost efficiency, supplier performance, and data-driven decision-making.

What You Will Do

Support procurement activities for commercial categories, analyze spend, supplier performance, pricing, and demand trends, develop reports, dashboards, and insights for category leaders, and collaborate with internal stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field
• Typically 0–2 years of relevant experience in procurement, supply chain, finance, analytics, or a related business role
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into clear, actionable insights
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and standard business reporting tools
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional, team-based environment
