Role OverviewThe Commercial Claims Adjuster will provide front-line customer-focused handling for covered territories, responsible for all aspects of coverage, investigation, negotiation, and resolution within established best practices. This role will work in a hybrid environment, with a minimum of two days in the Raleigh office and the flexibility to work from home the remaining three days.
What You Will Do
Handling all aspects of investigation and settlement of assigned claims, including interviewing parties, reviewing property damage estimates, evaluating coverage, determining liability, negotiating settlements, and calculating benefits. Proactively managing claim costs and expenses.

This role requires 3+ years of commercial claims handling experience, with a strong understanding of coverage and the ability to analyze and interpret contracts and coverage forms. The ideal candidate will have a BA/BS degree or equivalent combination of education and claims experience, and be proficient in MS Office software.
