Role OverviewThe Commercial Collections Representative will support, review, and negotiate a medium to high-risk portfolio consisting of more complex delinquent loans. The role requires research, credit and account information, workout and restructuring problem loans, and review of account equity to determine loss projections.
What You Will Do
The Commercial Collections Representative will monitor portfolio for policy compliance, assist in training entry-level staff, participate in issue-specific training, and exercise independent judgment while developing knowledge of company policies and procedures.

Requirements
- 1+ year of Commercial Collections support experience
- US Military Service in the US Army, US Marine Corps, US Navy, US Air Force, US Space Force
- 2+ years of collections experience
- Experience working in roles within accounting, accounts receivable/payable
- Customer service/customer care experience
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to embrace and adapt to change
- Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to provide strong customer service while actively listening and responding in an appropriate manner
- Sound analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience delivering results in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Sound organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
