Role OverviewA growing, multi-division specialty contracting organization is seeking an experienced Controller to lead accounting and financial operations for its construction business.
What You Will Do
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, lead month-end and year-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations, manage budgets, forecasts, and executive-level reporting, and develop and monitor KPIs and financial analytics for leadership.

Requirements
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience (construction industry preferred)
- Controller-level leadership experience preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA or HR background a plus)
- Strong knowledge of job costing, payroll, AP/AR, and financial reporting
- ERP system experience required (Acumatica highly preferred)
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- High integrity, ownership mindset, and continuous improvement orientation
