Role OverviewThe company is looking for an experienced Commercial Estimator to support its growing project volume. This role will take ownership of estimating, bidding, and pre-construction activities, allowing leadership to focus more on day-to-day operations, project execution, and business growth.
What You Will Do
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for commercial framing and construction projects, prepare accurate and competitive bids and estimates, review construction drawings, plans, specifications, and project scope.

Requirements
- 3+ years of commercial or industrial construction estimating experience
- Civil Engineering degree or equivalent hands-on commercial estimating experience
- Experience with commercial construction projects is required
- Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Experience performing detailed takeoffs and preparing bids
- Familiarity with at least one major construction estimating or bidding platform
- Fluent English and Spanish, with native Spanish preferred
