Role Overview

The Commercial Construction Project Manager will develop, review, and finalize construction documents, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate design drawings and subcontractors. This role requires strong negotiation and client-facing communication skills, as well as experience in construction project management. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Real Estate, or Urban Planning, and be NASCLA certified.

What You Will Do

The Commercial Construction Project Manager will be responsible for managing budgets, RFIs, submittals, permits, and invoices, as well as forecasting monthly revenue, cost-to-complete, and margin protection. The candidate will also lead client meetings, progress updates, and contract negotiations, and oversee procurement, submittals, and subcontractor agreements.

  • Construction Project Management experience (5-7 years)

  • Bachelor's degree in one of the following or related areas: Construction Management, Real Estate, or Urban Planning
  • NASCLA Certified (Preferred)
  • Driver's License (Required)
