Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced and results-driven Commercial Construction Project Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of a landmark mixed-use redevelopment project. This full-time, site-based role will oversee the transformation of a recently acquired shopping mall into a dynamic destination featuring retail, residential, restaurants, entertainment, and public spaces.
What You Will Do
The Commercial Construction Project Manager will serve as the Owner’s primary on-site representative and central point of coordination for all on-site construction activities, leading the execution of the approved construction plan.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field
- 5-7 years of commercial construction management experience
- Experience managing complex retail redevelopment projects is highly preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Demonstrated expertise in construction execution, contractor coordination, project scheduling, budgeting, quality assurance, contract administration, and problem-solving
- Ability to interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Procore, Bluebeam, or similar construction management software
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
