Role OverviewLead and oversee all company safety initiatives across commercial construction projects, developing and maintaining site-specific safety plans, ensuring compliance with OSHA and company safety standards, conducting training programs, and supporting field operations.
What You Will Do
Develop and manage Site-Specific Safety Plans, ensure company-wide compliance with safety policies, conduct jobsite visits and safety audits, train and certify team members, and investigate incidents.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health & Safety or a related field
- OSHA 500 Certification

- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, commercial construction safety practices, and risk management
- Ability to conduct safety training and effectively communicate with field and leadership teams
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills
