Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Construction Superintendent to oversee field operations for large-scale commercial and multifamily construction projects throughout the Memphis area.
What You Will Do
Direct all on-site construction activities from project startup through final completion, supervise subcontractors, and maintain project schedules.

Requirements
- 7+ years of Superintendent experience managing commercial construction projects
- Proven experience leading large-scale commercial, mixed-use, healthcare, education, industrial, or multifamily construction projects
- General contractor experience strongly preferred
- Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, sequencing, quality control, and subcontractor management
- Thorough understanding of OSHA safety regulations and jobsite safety best practices
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, schedules, and project documentation
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience managing multiple trades simultaneously on active construction sites
