What You Will Do
Key responsibilities include 100% travel, working with project managers, developing project strategy, creating a 3-Week Look Ahead, and maintaining a punch list process.

Requirements
- 5-10 years of Commercial Construction Superintendent experience
- Thorough knowledge in Big Box Retail, Warehousing, Manufacturing, and Grocery on project remodels, expansions, and ground-up construction
- Excellent organizational, planning, and leadership skills
- Knowledge of construction finance
- Effective written communication and verbal interpersonal skills
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, and team members
- Experience with Windows-based applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and various scheduling packages
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
