Job Description
My client is a growing general contractor seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead field operations for projects in Central Florida. The role requires a highly independent leader with deep ground-up construction expertise and hands-on experience managing projects from start to finish.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of construction management / superintendent experience with General Contractors
  • Prior experience with Central Florida General Contractors.
  • Strong experience managing projects in the Central Florida market required
  • Proven experience in Tilt-Up construction required
  • Background in Commercial, Industrial, and Office construction projects
  • Ability to independently run projects without reliance on a large support team
  • Strong proficiency with Procore
  • Fluent in English required
  • Spanish fluency preferred but not required
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to read plans, schedules, and construction documents thoroughly
