The Commercial Contracts Attorney will review, negotiate, and manage agreements critical to ongoing operations and project execution. They will work closely with professionals across various departments to help facilitate business objectives while identifying and mitigating legal risk.

Requirements
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
- At least 2 years of experience as a practicing attorney
- Strong contract review, drafting, negotiation, and issue-spotting abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Collaborative, practical, and business-oriented approach to problem solving
- Familiarity with AI tools and emerging legal technology
