Job Description
Join Nutrient as a Commercial Contracts Counsel and be a core member of the Legal team, responsible for drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements. You will work directly with Sales, Finance, and Business Operations to move deals forward efficiently while protecting the company's interests.

Requirements

  • JD from an accredited law school and active membership in good standing in at least one US state bar, preferably North Carolina.
  • 2+ years of relevant legal experience (whether in-house, at a law firm, or a combination).
  • Exposure to international legal/commercial terms, particularly those relevant to SaaS contracts.
  • Familiarity with AI tools in a legal context.
