Requirements

  • 3-5 years of legal experience
  • 1-2 years of experience in commercial SaaS agreements
  • Direct experience negotiating customer-facing agreements
  • Working knowledge of data privacy frameworks
  • Ability to spot issues and recommend practical solutions
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency with customer and contract management tools
