Job Description
The Commercial Director will develop and drive business growth and commercial performance of the Swedish market by leading the Sales team and delivering on agreed Commercial targets.

Requirements

  • + 8 years of Sales Management / Business Development /Commercial Lead or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in Leadership.
  • Relevant experience in automotive (dealer, nsc or OEM HQ).
  • Business driven and customer centric.
  • Ability to lead an organization in complex structures.
  • Agile and flexible.
  • Ability to read a market, understand business trends and translate it into commercial tactics and strategy.
  • Strong business acumen.
  • Strong negotiations skills.
  • Analytic thinking.
  • D2B business understanding.
