Role OverviewAs a Service Professional, you will be responsible for hands-on customer care, troubleshooting, servicing, inspecting, installing, and repairing industrial equipment of all shapes and sizes. You will operate a vehicle regularly to visit different customer sites and maintain safety and OSHA compliance for the Company. This role has unique access to see the inner workings of some of the largest operations in North America.

Requirements
- 2-4 years of relevant experience
- Ability to repair industrial facilities, including doors, loading docks, and dock-leveler's
- Ability or a desire to learn welding, steel fabrication, and electrical
- Ability to take direction and work independently while on the road for hours each day
- Strong communication, problem solving, and analytical skills
- Technical school training and OEM certifications are desired but not required
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, with nights, weekends, and Holidays
- A clean driving record and a valid Driver’s License for the state of employment is required
