Role OverviewCommercial Drivers are responsible for operating heavy-duty trucks with front or rear end load lift attachment. They provide pickup services of containers filled with waste or recyclable materials, transporting them to disposal, transfer, or recycle facilities. This role requires highly skilled backing maneuvers and navigates high traffic and congested roadways.
What You Will Do
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections, report unsafe situations, attend training programs, and communicate with Route Manager or Dispatch. Identify and report containers in need of repair or replacement, ensure container reconciliation, and complete end-of-day documentation.

- Valid Class B CDL
- Valid DOT medical card
- No DUI's or OVI's within the last 5 years or 2 in the last 10 years
- No more than 3 moving violations within the last 2 years
- Ability to read and speak English well enough to communicate, understand, and respond to questions, directions, traffic signs, signals, and safety training
