Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Estimator to prepare accurate and competitive bids for commercial interior construction projects. This role is responsible for managing the estimating process from initial plan review through final proposal, with a focus on drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and commercial flooring.
What You Will Do
Prepare complete and competitive estimates for commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceiling, and flooring projects. Review construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents to determine project scope and requirements.

Requirements
- 3–5 years of estimating experience in commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring, or related interior construction trades.

- Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, materials, and building systems.
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and bid documents.
- Experience performing accurate quantity takeoffs and cost analysis.
- Proficiency with construction estimating or project management software preferred.
- Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Commercial interior construction experience is required.
