Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Commercial Drywall Estimator to join our growing team in Austin, TX. This role is responsible for preparing accurate, competitive cost estimates for commercial interior construction projects.
What You Will Do
Prepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceiling, and flooring projects. Review architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents to define project scope and identify requirements.

Requirements
- 3+ years of estimating experience in commercial drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring, or related interior construction trades
- High school diploma or GED required; degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction methods, materials, and building systems
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents
- Experience performing accurate quantity takeoffs and cost analysis
- Proficiency with estimating software such as Bluebeam, On-Screen Takeoff, PlanSwift, or similar platforms is preferred
