Role OverviewJoin Precision Walls, Inc. as a Commercial Drywall Foreman and make a difference in the construction industry. As a supervisor of a workforce, you will be responsible for preplanning, organizing, and tracking day-to-day field operations of workers and hours in commercial drywall systems on-site. You will work closely with General Contractors and customers to ensure quality and customer service.
What You Will Do
Your main responsibilities will include preparing job progress reports, managing workforce performance, maintaining a safe work environment, and communicating with subcontractor employees. You will also be responsible for accurately preparing time sheets and ensuring that all subcontractor workers are accounted for and signed in.
