Role OverviewJoin Precision Walls, Inc. as a Commercial Drywall Hanger and Framer, one of the nation's premier wall and ceiling specialty contractors. As a team member, you will perform all steps of drywall hanging, understand how to hang walls, top-out, ceilings, and demonstrate each individually. You will also oversee less experienced installers/laborers, coordinate with GC and other subcontractors, and identify/resolve conflicts in site-specific conditions.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include performing all steps of drywall hanging, measuring and marking surfaces to hang work according to blueprints and drawings, inspecting framing surfaces for imperfections, and marking surfaces to be corrected. You will also oversee less experienced installers/laborers, coordinate with GC and other subcontractors, and identify/resolve conflicts in site-specific conditions.

Requirements
- 3 years of experience and skill with Production Finishing
- ability to work independently on jobsites
- ability to oversee less experienced installers/laborers
- ability to coordinate with GC and other subcontractors
- ability to inspect framing surfaces for imperfections
- ability to mark surfaces to be corrected
- ability to work in a team environment
- ability to demonstrate solid verbal and written communication skills
- ability to be compliant with safety procedures
- ability to have dependable transportation
- bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
