Job Description
Commercial Equipment Technician (Refrigeration/Cooking) is responsible for performing repair, maintenance, installation, and preventative maintenance for commercial cooking or refrigeration-related food service equipment.

Requirements

  • Repair, maintain, install, or refurbish equipment according to an established service schedule, company, and factory standards and within acceptable time frames.
  • Apply knowledge of products and seek additional training and education as appropriate.
  • Document legibly and accurately all work completed and submit such orders to office personnel according to company policy.
  • Build and maintain customer relations in the field to ensure excellent customer service and enhance the company's image.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
