Role OverviewThe Commercial Escrow Assistant is responsible for managing new escrow files, preparing settlement statements, and coordinating title and escrow requirements throughout the closing process. This role serves as a key point of contact between lenders, brokers, attorneys, buyers, and sellers to ensure a smooth and confident transaction.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include opening new escrow files, preparing draft closing statements, gathering required legal documents, tracking earnest money deposits and transaction funds, and processing monetary disbursements for commercial real estate transactions.
