Role OverviewThe Commercial Estimator is responsible for analyzing construction documents, preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates, and supporting business development through disciplined bidding and strong general contractor relationships.
What You Will Do
Analyze blueprints and architectural drawings, prepare estimates, evaluate materials, submit bids and budgets, sell projects, and build general contractor relationships.

Must have a valid driver's license, Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred, or Associate degree with 2 years of experience. Must have strong time management, detail oriented, and excellent communication skills.
